Samsung U3

My favorite gadget is my beloved mp3. I have had several throughout my life, but the one I have now is the that has meaning more for me. I think I had my first mp3 at 12 years old and it was purple. The which did not last long.

Then came his replacement who always I hated him for his lack of style. The third mp3 that I had, I liked too much and it was very useful to me. One day, I almost loose it because I left forgotten my mp3 in the halls of my old school. But equally, the next year was stolen. It was sad to say goodbye to my cyan mp3.

For the Christmas of 2007 I received a new one, which has been my faithful travel companion until now. This time it was black color, with a flashing blue led. It's basically what accompanies me in my complete day. Since I leave my house, towards the stop bus. And he will not rest until one hour and a half later, when I come to the University of Chile.

Is my most important gadget because I use it every day and many hours of the day. In my mp3 there are many great songs that I love listen to. For example a lot of Brit pop music like The Smiths, Blur, Smashing Pumpkins, etc. Also I like to have many classic-rock songs like "Strawberry fields forever" to The Beatles. Anyway, I still love my black mp3 with your flashing blue led that also helps me in the nights when the lights turn off and I don't see anything in my room.

The Post

My favorite Web site to inform me is elpost.cl, because here I find the most relevant news of the week in one place and written of a clear manner. Also, I like the columns of criticism or the spaces that give their readers, including me, for express themselves freely and without prejudice.

Also, the best reviews by the public are published officially by the page. Elpost.cl is a Chilean website launched in mid last year and has the participation of well-known journalists like Fernando Paulsen and Juan Manuel Astorga and some journalists recently graduated, like José Ignacio Stark, who opted for multimedia platform to carry out its carreer of journalists. The page layout is very cool and eye-catching used orange color as a trademark. Each "post" invites you to continue reading and then to leave a comment on this. I hope that initiatives such as this page will continue to appear in the web portals of the Chilean internet, because, a site that is interested in informing the public, always will be welcomed by readers. Still doing well elpost.cl!!

The free-cinema

One of my favourites movies is “A Clockwork Orange” of the director Stanley Kubrik. Is a 1971 darkly satirical science fiction film adaptation of Anthony Burgess's 1962 novel of the same name. I like this movie because first I read the book and after I watch the film in my home. I was hidden in my parent’s room, with the remote control in my right hand, with my index finger over the stop botton for if in any moment my parents arrived and they surprised me watching that movie. That never happened me, but it pays to be sure of not to be discovered.

What else I can say about this film? It’s protagonized by Malcolm McDowell, who was 28 years old in that time. Also this actor protagonized other of my favourite cult-movies, this movie was called “If…” of the 1968, is Lindsay Anderson’s first film, belonging the first part of the Mick Travis’s trilogy. The second part was called "O Lucky Man!" of the 1973 and the last part was called Britannia Hospital that was premiered in 1982. All the trilogy is protagonized by McDowell.
